Rehabilitation and strengthening of the existing façades with a new modern arquitectural language.

Conservation of existing exterior image maintaining its identity and characteristics of its past memory, in an attitude that requires some punctual works, and basically treat the entire inner core in terms of their use and fruition respecting all standards of comfort and safety of a current construction.

Given the current advanced state of degradation of the main building (where services were implanted) its coverage will be new as well as the whole structure of the interior floors. To solve accessibility for the handicapped it was created an exterior platform in order to fill the gap between the two building levels, presenting itself with a modern steel structure with glass coating.
