Overall rehabilitation of the building envelope, including: coverage, façades, glazing, exterior protection, window sills, thresholds, balconies, surrounding the laundries and stairwells, metals, rainwater drainage system and connection of building drainage network to the CRL, and the processing from within the stairway enclosure: walls, ceilings, floors, guards, exterior openings, entrance doors of the houses and buildings, water supply network in public areas, installations and electrical equipment, network lighting, intercom and TV antennas.
