The Duque 70 Condominium consists of the rehabilitation of 4 historic buildings with a traditional layout, which results in the creation of a closed residential condominium with 52 apartments, with typologies ranging from T0 to T3 duplex, with areas varying between 70m² and 165m², 4 floors for parking and technical areas, a serene interior garden common to all apartments, swimming pool and wide circulation areas.
The total construction area is approximately 12.000 m². The facades of the buildings of Rua de Andaluz will be maintained as well as the surrounding shell of the building of Av. Duque de Loulé.
