Alteration and extension of the CTT Palace, which is a block located in the middle of Rua do Dr. António Luís Gomes, Rua do Estevão and Rua do Bonjardim, in Porto.
The intervention sought to maintain as much as possible of the building's original design and features, particularly with regard to the façades, which have been fully maintained, always with the aim of making the most of the existing building, without jeopardizing safety.
The building consists of 5 blocks and 11 floors, with a public parking lot and the cisterns and technical areas on floor -1, private parking and four commercial stores on floor 0, the CTT store on the middle floor, three stores and offices on floor 1, while floors 2 to 7 will be allocated to offices.
